Just ran across this and it’s got a great sound. A little digging and there are some sparese signs of human life on insta etc. Anyone familiar with them?

You might be surprised. While she was never part of the scene by any measure. She was an artists artist. Influential and adjacent. The faith and the muse cover is a favorite I bring out often. And well predates the stranger things resurgence.
Oh don’t worry I know she had an immense impact on a lot of artists from different genres. She has a near perfect discography and she really pushed boundaries. I am mostly a metalhead, but she is one of my favourite artist of all time.
Yep, Kate is just Kate. I don’t think she really belongs to any genre. Though she never really resonated with me. Her influence is undeniable. 🙂
