I think Hasan Piker was talking about how Republicans always handwring about potential fraud against government healthcare agencies, using it as a cudgel for why they won’t support expansions or more funding. They also like to claim publicly funded healthcare is somehow more expensive. They say that, yet one of the largest masterminds of public healthcare fraud was also one of the most prominent members of the republican party. So Piker was correct in saying they should want to kill Rick Scott.
