    Strong doubt. None of the trailers have mentioned what this movie is actually about. Disney has been on an all out spree just saying “Look it’s mando, and grogu cute” and I’m not buying it. I don’t trust at all that this is going to be any good.

    I’ll wait for it to be out for at least a few weeks in theaters.

    I’ll wait for it to be streaming. Should only be a month or so.

    I’m saying it now. This will be on Disney plus by july 4th.

    So is it good or is it not as good as turbo-shit?

    I’m expecting sub-S1 quality, as Mando lost its way shortly after the advent of “baby Yoda cute.” Bunches of memberberries and good CGI do not a quality film make.

      Isn’t the “Skywalker Saga” encompassing all nine ‘mainline’ movies, the ones with episode numbers? Not saying most are good… but at least some of them aren’t turbo-shit.

        I guess that’s true. I just conflate the new name with the new publications. Making the whole thing about Skywalkers is just more Disney playing it ‘safe’ with regurgitated ideas. It could have been the “Journal of the Whills” or a number of other things that would have described a different arc.

        For posterity: the OT was a magic blend of story, FX, and semi-camp, the PT was a good story told poorly, and the ST was insane ravings told beautifully.
