“In January 2027, due to the reduction of mandatory service to 30 months, the IDF [Israeli army] will lose thousands more combat soldiers,” Zamir told the committee.

“The reserve army will collapse into itself,” he added, according to i24news.

Zamir warned MPs that after nearly three years of war on multiple fronts, the military is facing a severe manpower shortage that could undermine future operations.

    There’s a reason Israel doesn’t want to deploy their own soldiers in other countries…

    Bibi has less than 50% support, that’s why he keeps cancelling elections

    And the only people getting out of the IDF, was the far right extremists that overwhelmingly support Bibi.

    Which means the majority of the IDF, probably don’t support any of this shit, and may even be unwilling to even go to Iran.

    Conscripted soldiers aren’t the same as regular soldiers. And if even a couple start refusing, it can quickly lead to the majority of your military saying “fuck it” and drop their guns and just going home.

    Or even worse for Bibi, they can say “fuck it” and keep their guns and go to Bibis home.

    Anyone saying he has a type grip on Israel either fell for his propaganda or are intentionally spreading it.

      And I know people who have been called up for IDF service but who are dual nationals living outside Israel in order to avoid it.

      They should be drafting the settlers first. Or better yet, there should be mutiny and the corrupt warmonger should be driven out.
