It’ll settle and nothing more will happen. Conservatives will bury this because it’s a Jewish religion
Considering the influence Israel has over American politics lately, I wouldn’t be surprised if Chick-fil-A got their shit handed to them over this insult to Führer Bibi.
Israel uses judaism for its own ends but doesn’t return the favor, so I’m not sure it will matter.
Considering that the employee is not even Jewish, but rather a member of the United Church of God (a type of Christian), there is a 0% chance that Israel will get involved.
Fair enough. Jews, Christians, it’s all sky daddy bullshit anyway.
Torode, a member of the United Church of God, disclosed during her job interview that she could not work Saturdays due to her religious practices, according to the lawsuit.
The United Church of God is 0% Jewish. I will quote their website below:
“We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ of Nazareth, who is the Word and has eternally existed. We believe that He is the Messiah, the Christ, the divine Son of the living God, conceived of the Holy Spirit, born in the human flesh of the virgin Mary.”
Do you know many Jewish folks who would say Jesus is the messiah?
Do you know many Jewish folks who would say Jesus is the messiah?
From your own link:
Messianic Judaism is a syncretic[1] Protestant Christian religious sect that incorporates elements of Jewish practice. It considers itself to be a form of Judaism but is generally considered to be a form of Christianity,[2][3] including by all mainstream Jewish religious movements. Its roots are in Christian missionary activity aimed at Jews in the 19th and 20th centuries, particularly in North America.
Those people aren’t Jewish, they’re Christians. Congrats, you proved yourself wrong.
They call themselves Jews. Who are you or I to say otherwise?
Yeah I’m Jewish and no they’re absolutely not Jewish, there are certain red lines in Judaism and that is beyond that. Hell the grand majority of religions Jews wouldn’t even be offended if you told them you don’t believe in God, they would be offended however if you believed in Jesus and still called yourself a religious jew.
Problem with faith is you can make any claim and be ‘correct’.
Nobody. But the Jewish movements that say they aren’t Jews sure seem to be the sorts of people to say otherwise
