To Maga Republicans, it signals that “America First” has limits. One may challenge trade agreements, immigration policy, global institutions or even party leadership. But challenging Washington’s alignment with Israel remains extraordinarily dangerous.

To libertarian conservatives, the answer is equally stark: fiscal conservatism and scepticism towards foreign intervention remain acceptable only until they intersect with Israel.

And to the broader Republican Party, the lesson could not be clearer: party discipline increasingly requires adherence to Trumpism and to a foreign policy consensus in which Israeli priorities remain deeply embedded within the permanent foundations of American power.

WHY would the Party of America First and Doing Our Own Research TM be putting ISRAEL first?

Which is weird because when you look it up, both democrat and republican voters are pissed at AIPAC and Israel’s favorability has dropped significantly. I think it’s less that they have a grip on republicans and more that they are spending millions of dollars in ads against those that don’t support AIPAC. My dad watches Fox news every morning before work and when I was a kid 9/10 of the advertisements were attack ads against Democrats or progressives

I would say this case illustrates three things: money wins every election campaign; there are no regulations whatsoever to limit the influence of wealthy interest groups; and the majority of citizens are so misinformed, apathetic, uneducated, or malicious that they vote against a candidate who is virtually the only one in his party with the courage to still defend what little remains of the rule of law.

AIPAC has over 90% of congress in it’s pocket. On both sides of the aisle. Don’t vote for anyone who takes aipac or other Israeli lobby money. It’s a start.

The analysis is shallow. Of course AIPAC is dangerous, but so are all big money funders. If you take their money, they own you.

Yes, other lobby groups are also bad. But the media is openly showing us now how much they lie to support the terrorist, racist, genocidal state of Israel.

People’s eyes are opening in a way, and once we see how owned our politicians are by the trash Israel supporters, we can work to stop it, and other lobby groups will be next.
