    The horse is forced to work as a cop. The horse doesn’t understand the concept of a police state or fascism. The horse is innocent. The horse isn’t a bastard. The bastards are the ones that put the badge on him.

      Agreed. All Cops Are Bastards, especially the ones who are cruel to animals. That horse doesn’t want to wear that sheriff’s uniform.
