They lied, got caught out, she is at the top of the chain, this is what happens.

All I can find is their response to the senate 2 weeks later where they mention being worried up until 10pmish when they able to verify it wasn’t. They had a huge cyberattack last year, so I can’t see anything wrong with them being worried about the risk of that having happened again.
