Let’s just say there are some far better funded, far more idealogically frightening regimes than the wacko nk crew.
The reason why North Korea is mentioned is because the internet is heavily restricted there. I’m in no way saying they’re the biggest threat. Only a few thousand have proper access to the global internet.
