Guy didn’t just drown randomly. He took a ton of drugs and literally swam away from police until he collapsed and THEN drowned.

    Utterly insane.

Fair assumption but he was there with his girlfriend I think.

Like life in southeast asia seems like an upgrade to the USA just living there as influencer seems pretty chill.

I dont know the guy so if it turns out he is a piece of shit fairgame.

i was waiting for the part where they say the lake is less than a meter deep.

but the part about his luxury rental being absolutely trashed and vandalized, syringes & pills everywhere but his girlfriend said he wasn’t behaving unusually… that was pretty funny.

I keep looking for a looksmaxxing pun that has oxygen in it, but I can’t find any…which is probably almost exactly how he felt toward the end susie-nudge

Also, asking after the fact, is it safe to assume that anyone who describes themselves as looksmaxxing is someone whose death should be mocked/celebrated?

They’re eugenics enthusiasts that also try to signal genetic fitness through surgical fakery. By all criteria yes it is.

Was he really that terrible of a person that people are celebrating it? I saw his early videos, they were cringe and a bit creepy but of what I saw he seemed like a nice enough person. My overall feeling was one of ambivalence.

The article is straight up wrong about ‘recent months’ - The guy went quite literally insane some years back, as in truly lost grip of actual reality, not sure if it was drugs or life or biological or all three, but it was quite sad to see. He made multiple videos over the course of months of just out-of-his mind delusions and mental suffering. I never saw any indication he really recovered, so I’m really not convinced as to how particularly lucidly aware he would’ve been of any of his actions since then.

Unless I missed something big, this story is just a sad one of a vaguely creepy but otherwise nice-seeming guy falling down a slope of mental sickness, going through years of suffering without sufficient help until falling into a pit of genuine madness and death. Not exactly a joyous one.

Did I miss something or are we just being overly celebratory about some random guy living a miserable deluded life and fucking dying of psychological illness?

He beat his trans gf with a golf club but I guess that could also be added to another aspect of his mental breakdown.

Edit: apparently it wasn’t Gina, his ex, but some other woman named Bee.

Before looksmaxxing he was known for bodybuilding content where he’d take his shirt off and flex in front of girls on Omegle. I used “girls” because most of them looked to be under 18.
