    Sadly, us in Tasmania miss out

    It’s only selected places in Australia, not the whole country

    But, it’s better than nothing

    Soapstone batteries… If it’s literally free from overproduction just heat up soapstone and now you don’t need a furnace to heat your home.

    Same if you had a couple thousand liters of water-glycol mix in an insulated tank you chill down with a heat pump to provide cooling.

    Or do district heat and cooling for dense urban cores.
