Well. There aren’t exactly many exits to the Azov sea. And I doubt they all went up the Don.
So, My highly credible take is they probably went into the Black Sea.

However it still needs work, as far as I am aware most of these ships haven’t actually been sunk.

In addition the Ukrainian navy has ordered all civilian ships to stop broadcasting AIS. Combine that with the dark fleet seldom having AIS on in the area, the the entire North half of the Black Sea shows no ships at all on my various enterprise ship tracking systems. Eerie to see.
