These attorneys who unwisely take on the Donvict as a client ought to be disbarred for filing these frivolous lawsuits. They’re not simply incompetent. They are disingenuous and cost the taxpayers’ and courts’ time and money. These attorneys are a plague that should not be allowed to practice.
I don’t know anything about being a lawyer but I would expect the job to include thinking one or two steps ahead. Being forced to turn over those info would have been the obvious consequence of claiming he had been suffering “financial hardship” due to their broadcast.
Not only is it frivolous, it’s beyond idiotic to even file that lawsuit. It seems the bottom of the barrel is all he can get when it comes to lawyers.
That’s pretty funny. Suing for damages means you gotta show your finances to probes how you were damaged.
