If he is able to do such a thing, what power does the court have to enforce its authority? The ICC is fantastic in concept, but it’s become pretty apparent that it doesn’t have any teeth, considering the sheer volume of well documented war criminals currently walking free.
So, he wants to dismantle an institution he has no jurisdiction over in The Hague, Netherlands, EU.
