A user named Nissa, some hours ago, posted the link to this essay as part of a comment, in this very community.
When I read it, it really fucking resonated with me, and I thought that it really deserved to be its own post in this community.
Nissa (or anyone else), do tell me if you, for any reason, want me to take down this post.
Awww ima text this to nissa shes gonna love this when she wakes in the morning ❤️❤️
She was talking about this before going to bed, about how she was so glad she could help you out and everything, she will love this ❤️
(By “you” you might mean kaseki, not me, I’m not the OP of the post she commented on, but the emotion is appreciated <3)
“You” is probably me. I replied to her comment, saying how that blog post made me feel validated and had me crying in the office.
Yeah its def you, glad nissa could help with validation (its not her article, but still) ❤️❤️
Haha maybe, ill be honest i didnt pay much attention to usernames in that thread 😂
I’m glad to hear it’s helped others like it helped me. Thanks for making the post, I hope it can help more ladies here
Another chance to shill for Margaret <3

And her books! (I fucking love her books)
In British slang, if you called someone a brick, you meant a solid, dependable person. If you go onto Google Books and search for “You’re a brick”, you’ll find lots of examples, applied to men and women.
It comes from someone asking where the walls of Sparta were, and Lycurgus pointing at the army, saying “Behold the walls of Sparta, every man a brick”.
I like to use “goddess look” instead of the other terms. Plenty of really cute trans women are visibly trans.
Magpie rocks.
She has a great podcast about… cool people.

Margaret is awesome! I love this essay, and I reread it often. I’m so happy to see it resonating with and helping others too 😊
This is beautiful. This is love. Thank you for sharing.
