Hi everyone, I am sharing my story to bring awareness to immigration consultant fraud and ask for support in my recovery effort.

After taking legal action against Green Light Canada Global Mobility Solutions Ltd. and former consultants Evgeny Blumin and Pavel Lifanov, I was awarded a final Default Judgment by the Toronto Small Claims Court. Additionally, the CICC permanently revoked their licenses.

Unfortunately, despite the court ruling, the defendants have failed to comply with the order to pay restitution. I am currently raising funds to help cover ongoing debt and legal enforcement costs.
