Hi everyone, I am sharing my experience to raise awareness about immigration consultant fraud and update the community on a recent legal outcome.

Following legal action against Green Light Canada Global Mobility Solutions Ltd. and former consultants Evgeny Blumin and Pavel Lifanov, the Toronto Small Claims Court issued a final Default Judgment in my favor. Furthermore, the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) has officially and permanently revoked their licenses.

Despite the court order requiring restitution, the defendants have failed to comply. I am currently working through the legal enforcement process to recover these funds and manage the resulting debts.
