I spent the night with with cousins and their super religious mom a lot as a kid. She’d always make everyone go to church. She really wasn’t a fan of hearing that I’d been explaining to other children that any being who acted like that should be called a tyrannical demon, and be something we all fight against not grovel to and obey to save ourselves from being tortured by.
