This problem has been solved ages ago (literally), just look at the scooter… It has no lights… (That glowing sticker on the back doesn’t count)
It’s a bit different with scooters, because even if you have a rear light, it’s at ground level and a lot less visible.
Helmet too.
What’s a face fine? Is that like a helmet?
I’m assuming you do not know what to face means. Saying to face fine means that if you don’t do something or break rules, you have to pay a fine. Like a monetary penalty.
It means ya have to be pretty that the cops just go “ah your a face is a so fine”.
