Wow that’s full of shit! This entire claim is based on annual inspections? That have not changed in years?
Yes it actually does keep cars in safer working order when my older car failed inspection because of an airbag failure, it’s because that’s a critical safety component, not some secret cabal with a plot to get rid of older cars
And yes, if a car failed the emissions test that is also a harm they are trying to prevent. Conspiracy theories are ridiculous here
