The original source of that version you posted is the Berger & Wyse comic strip from The Guardian, 2 November 2013.
Found via uploading the image to tineye.com and sorting by oldest, and then using web.archive.org to navigate now-dead links it returned.

It took me all of fifteen seconds or so, but I do have browser extensions for Tineye and Internet Archive which sped things up.

There are many! The official ones by the Internet Archive are generally called “Wayback Machine,” and there are lots of unofficial ones that bundle in functionality for other archiving sites as well. Look around on your favorite browser’s repositories and find things to play with.
I tried to use tineye, and I was lead to some other news site which put me in an infinite consent-to-cookies-loop. When I finally consented, I was just directed to an archive without images.
I might have given up early, but my attempt to find the source ended there.
I wish to have this level of commitment.
Reminds me of my new local gym has a “posing room” which is just mirrors to look at yourself.

There was an interview with Schwarzenegger where he explains the importance of posing for yourself. Iirc, his claims revolved around it being important to see improvement, be one with your body, and appreciate yourself and your efforts. And honestly I tend to agree… I just think you should also incorporate jojo posing, regardless of gender or gender expression.
