My sister jokes about the one bad thing with me transitioning was having to put more effort when we move heavy things.

I’m 3 years on E and I’m still successfully opening jars and moving furniture. My exercise habits have gotten worse. I know there’s been studies that show a difference but I can’t show it from my experience. Perhaps it was technique over brawn all along. Idk.

probably. friction also plays a huge role, which hrt can affect. spiro especially dried out my hands enough that a glass bottle slipped right out of my hand after only a week.

i mostly feel the muscle loss when i realize that i don’t have enough strength to lift something in thought i could. thankfully, i was never very strong, so i didn’t have much strength to really lose

I went from not working out and still being able to bench 180 if I went with someone to it being hard to lift a mattress. I think “default” non working out muscle mass went down.
