    That is scammer 102, scam someone, then approach from another handle offer to recover it to scam them further. One in the hand worth two in the bush and all that.

    I am not surprised we have companies starting the process of industrializing that type of scamming, why not, nothing matters clearly.

    When I worked in Ransomware Recovery, we employed a few agents. Normally they’d be chosen by whichever legal firm was assigned.

    I can only imagine any firm having chosen this vendor is going to sued heavily.
