Can you boot into the OS at all? If so, at the sign in page, hold the Shift Key down while you select Power > Restart.

After your PC restarts to the Choose an Option screen, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.

You’ll probably want safe mode with networking unless you already downloaded the driver.

A History of Violence was pretty underrated. Barry Lyndon bored the hell out of me, but the lighting was very impressive from a technical perspective (they actually used candles and a super low aperture lens for some scenes, no additional lighting).

Seriously though, if it boots, update your drivers, probably your graphics card. Try downloading the latest from Nvidia or AMD or whoever makes your card. Your BIOS might have built in diagnostics too, try running them to see if anything throws an error should the driver update not do the trick.

Edit: Thought the “seriously though” would tip people off but I guess the crowd was too dense? Oh well, comedy is hard.

It might be a problem with Lemmy, I had a similar problem posting from Mbin but the devs for Mbin said it was on Lemmy’s side. Mbin was trying to figure out a temporary work around last I heard.

Really? I’ve seen them on high end touring bikes and have ridden mine (just a Folder, nothing crazy) through all sorts of shit.

Don’t get me wrong, chains are amazing, but belts are still pretty good in their own right. They’re both good, just different IMO.

Still if I had to pick something for touring, I’d probably still opt for a chain because they’re so easy to source anywhere in the world.
