Tamers is a perfectly fine show - it’s written by Chiaki J Konaka (of Serial Experiments Lain and The Big O fame) so it’s got some interesting stuff going on. He’s also got some severe right wing brain worms, and sometime around 2020 he made a Digimon Tamers sequel stage play where the kids and Digimon fight woke on the Internet.
