I own modern Kia with these systems you described. I use this almost constantly BUT: the first month after getting the car I was terrified, literally scared and 15 minutes drive exhausted me just like 2 hours in my previous car. I was learning to trust the system, had to known all the limitations first. I now know when to take over and really like adaptive cruise control especially in traffic.
I am a software engineer though, there is nothing “smart” in my home (apart from TV obviously) and I can see how people can fall into the trap you described.

Dude, you must have just void someone’s patent idea xD
The left one, obviously.

You have no idea how much of this was common in 1990-2000s in Poland. I remember the Famicom clones, including the keyboard one, and bootleg cartridges sold at every corner of every bazaar. It was THE game console here, mostly known by the name of one such clone called Pegasus :)
The issue with mismatched cartridge got so bad at the near end of an era that sellers started using portable TVs powered from car battery so the customer could test it before buying, right there at the bazaar. :)

By NYT:
According to Iran’s state broadcaster, Tehran’s conditions included U.S. war reparations to Iran, the recognition of Iranian sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz, and the end of American sanctions against Iran. The first two conditions would almost certainly be non-starters for the United States, while the third would be possible only if Iran is willing to make major concessions on its nuclear program, which it has been loath to do so far.

Where do we find another furious person to start the equivalent of SKG, but this time against Apple Google duopoly, to get a hearing before the EU parliament?
The fact that national governments and banks require Apple / Google device attestation in the current geopolitical situation is a damn sabotage.

Police said some of the seized material included content generated using artificial intelligence, such as images styled on Japanese comics.
Not defending anyone, especially the PoS’ mentioned in the article, but… It looks like it takes one badly worded sentence written by prosecutor to jail someone for hentai…? Imagine police finding such things during an unrelated device search (you wrote some bad things about a political figure).

i am getting more and more rich pls bro i cant tell u i will need to kill u
What?
Note that packages in unstable channel are promoted from testing, so switching to unstable effectively puts you on to something similar to a rolling distro, but more stable ;)

There are Blender and Libre Office copies getting sold on Amazon 😬

Isn’t it literally how Amazon Web Services started?

Glad I could make your good day even better!

Oh come on mate, you can’t just post lower effort comment and get more likes!

Haha! High availability my ass! Made me chuckle 🤭

Oh, you already said this, no need to repeat yourself :)

China might no longer be viewed as an enemy when the number one is USA 👀
I was skeptical on the whole AI usage in software engineering, sweared on stupidity of the produced output, until I was given unlimited (so far) access to frontier models by my employer…
A good model is a 100x skill amplificator. There is nothing to amplify if you have no existing skill and I pitty new generations of engineers on how they will be ever able to learn, but damn…
