Almost finished Ghassan Kanafani: Selected Political Writings. Incredibly based and very much worth reading for his clear and concise positions and to learn more about the PFLP.

Hasan’s main motivation in organizing is building class consciousness. He thinks the best way to do that is by primarily supporting progressive left flank democrats within the party that are anti-zionist. His rationale is that most people in America are not ready to slam the communism button, and by doing this he is making socialist ideas more mainstream. If this strategy will work in America remains to be seen, but I understand the logic of trying to meet people where they are at and trying to grow a genuine peoples movement out of it.

The Black Jacobins by CLR James.

I’m currently rereading Stalin: A History and Critique. I feel like the text is a lot more clear after familiarizing yourself with the history and reading Lenin, Stalin and Marx. I have also read class struggle and Western Marxism by Losurdo recently
I have just started On Zionist Literature by Ghassan Kanafani
