You don’t technically have to penetrate the bunker facility to do immense damage to it - if you vibrate a sealed concrete container full of humans, you can turn them into a smooth paste without having to destroy the container, like mixing a can of paint. To prevent this, Iran will have put the fragile enrichment equipment into rooms which are resting on dampening springs, like an earthquake resistant building.
