rimworld fits the first idea pretty well when playing on peaceful, buildin your little town for your dipshits. when i play like this, i like to have a decent hospital and i rescue everyone who spawns on map, hostile faction or friendly. tho if the hostile pawn has good skills its goin thru reeducation camp

still get some negative events like disease outbreaks, iceage, nuclear fallout etc just no raids from other factions
