What is this from?

New yorkers in the 1900s != sensible

I am not German, although I would consider that as compliment. I was just looking for an instance that
It just so happened that this one in Germany meets all 3 requirements. It not being in the US is a bonus. I was on lemmy.today previously.
Just to clarify, English isn’t my native language either, but I am so online that I speak it better than my native and have to machine translate some terms back.

directly at the mouth
It won’t choke you, same reason people and other animals can open their mouth underwater without drowning.

Or it was made up the fuck up for internet points a decade ago. Crazy ass conclusion, I know.

“Open phone” is an oxymoron
Here’s the info so you don’t have to. Land is on giant rocks. Sometimes, the giant rocks hit each other and shake. The end.
mpv also uses yt-dlp whenever installed, although it is referred to in the docs as youtube-dl for historical reasons. You can specify stuff with --ytdl-format (yt-dlp -f equivalent) and --ytdl-raw-options (=thing=thing, anotherthing=anotherthing). Pop in a --ytdl-format=251 with a YouTube playlist and you get a nice little music player.

I tried 01-01-1970 (Unix epoch start) and that just closed the dialog without changing anything.

I didn’t mean “in relation to the Chinese government” when I mentioned “Chinese surveillance”, I meant “surveillance of Chinese origin”. If you check ad and tracking blocklists, by far most popular ones are either in the US or China. For me that’s equally as bad as government sponsored. Although “government sponsored” usually implies “of big(ger) scale”, it’s not necessary.
There are more than just 5 eyes.
I am going to refrain from arguing, for I have taken note of your instance being “lemmy.ml”. As much as I hate discriminating by instance, I have to do what I have to do.

Define “work”

Yet Chinese surveillance is surveilling everyone else.

It is on (“max pressure”, although “max” depends, don’t get your face blasted off). Same shower head as on the current community banner, actually. Water particles bounce around and make stuff vibrate, while sound is just vibration. How it vibrates depends on shape of what it hits. Change mouth shape, different sound. Can’t do some things like the French rolling R since that’s not a mouth sound, however.

What is annoying is that it doesn’t accept it inline unlike StartPage and Google: hazelnut pancake before:2017. This means I have to click on the selector and write 02-01-1970 (01-01 breaks it) > 01-01-2017 each time.

{number}{dot} is a Markdown list. Like this:
The original Markdown was poorly documented (including in this regard), but most derivatives specify that the numbers are ignored and it just counts from one. Annoying when you are trying to count from zero.

You just broke your promise :/

Huh, I just looked at the commits and saw “Creating communities” lol
I hope this stock picture explains it enough
