So I looked into this some more, he apparently posted a screenshot from a really infamous child torture video called Daisy’s Destruction, it was a screenshot of the toddler actually being tortured on her foot. I had no idea this video even existed online, he claims that he got it/the screenshot from the Dutch Police. He also might have posted a naked picture of Daisy on Peter Scully’s lap. He also apparently posted it on Instagram where it is still up but I don’t want to check whether that’s true. That is insane wtf is wrong with him

in the future when they possibly have more moderators and the influx of users has slowed down on lemmy.world, would it be easy to federate again? i know many instances defederate from others that go against their beliefs or how they want to run the community, but ive not heard of any that have re-federated

i hope it does grow, as i hope all other lemmy instances grow. but this site was intended to replace the subreddits because of the protest, with both startrek subreddits redirecting here. i dont think there will be much growth here but im interested to see how things go down when 3rd party apps shut down.
