It is illegal, or not legal, by federal and state laws, but that does that stop Mormons from having multiple wives and grooming children for marriage? No. British Muslims turning to Sharia Law shows they are not assimilating and think British laws are inadequate, which is what the article suggests. I had a conversation with a Muslim who disagrees with US laws and thinks Sharia Laws are better. Sharia Laws are interpreted by elders or leaders of the community. Islam is very heavy in laws and their laws are not based on John Locke, or Immanuel Kant, or whatever.
