        God can we stop stroking them off and calling it the department of war? It’s the department of defense, the 50s doublespeak term still legally applies

          Department of War is more accurate to what the department does, but may not be legally correct. Department of Defense is legally correct, but inaccurate to what the department does.

          I don’t think it’s a benefit to him to be called ‘Secretary of War’. Honestly it feels like resistance lib shit to think that we’re doing something by calling him ‘Secretary of Defense’.

          I don’t think it matters what we call him. Call him whatever you want, call him ‘Secretary of Piss’ if you choose.
