Women’s boxing at the Paris Olympics has highlighted the complexity of drafting and enforcing sex eligibility rules for women's sports and how athletes like Imane Khelif of Algeria and Lin Yu-ting of Taiwan are left vulnerable in the fallout.
I’m doubtful testosterone is the only major difference that will matter to athletes, but if testosterone tests are what everyone settles on there should no longer be female / male sports leagues, just Low Testosterone, and Unlimited Testosterone leagues. Lots of the drama is the leagues are tied up in identity language (male league, female league)

Like how boxing has different weight classes, have Olympic sports with different testosterone classes.
