One of the emulators (shadps4) has been progressing rapidly. MVG made a video on it.
Judging by how it’s going, I’d bet this’ll be fully playable in a year or so. And probably run pretty well too seeing the performance people are already getting this early on.
Edit: Ah, if you meant running it at 120fps, that I don’t know. Maybe just a beast of a pc.
