My best guess is that they would have used treat printers for this too, if only the training data wasn’t waifu weeb shit. It can only do ugly in Lovecraftian accidental ways.
I’d probably laugh. The guy probably put in some work to learn how to draw, and it would be funny to see him throw it all away because “AI is an own-the-libs machine.”
