I’m worrying a bit about b12 levels, so I thought I’d ask here. From what I gathered searching the internet some morning cereals and some things that have added b12, there was a site talking about soy milk, but idk about that. I’m looking for more options so i could maybe find them more easily

Buy B12 pills they are sufficient for most people. I get injections because of a medical condition. You should be concerned about B12 even if you aren’t vegan, most people are B12 deficient especially people over 50.
With b12 supplements?
I use nutritional yeast (nooch) and mix it in with my crumbled tofu to make tofu scramble. Easy. Nooch has tons of B vitamins.
