Highly manufactured goods are free trade but cheap commodities are tariffed

Apparently the exemptions today didn’t cover the “fentanyl” tariff, so iPhones might still be at 20%? Who knows for sure, though, the White House is deliberately opaque and 0 tariffs have actually been collected so far. It’s just cons all the way down.
