Saint John’s wort tea helps with serotonin and aleviates depression - be careful not to drink it in sunny weather though for it can cause rushes and blisters. Also don’t combine with serotonin receptor blockators.
Moving to a kinder alternate reality often helps
Coconut rum and cola seem to work for me.

Vanilla is bloody lovely it gets an unfair rap imo
