Mine tried to kill me as a teenager so I at least don’t have this to worry about (probably. Maybe.)

Don’t worry, I’m sure there is at least one other of the millions of forms of cancer left that you can still get. You just need to stay positive.

Already had my first cancer scare in my mid-40s, so you are most definitely correct (turned out to be fine this time).

Your cancer tried to kill you, your parent, or your gen x/millennial child?

My appendix tried to kill me (a xennial) and was removed as a result (and thus it shouldn’t be able to give me cancer anymore).

Also a xennial, And my appendix tried to kill me at age 9, on Mother’s Day. My mom thought I was faking to get out of spending the day with her.

Obesity rates were significantly lower when boomers were growing up. And there’s relatively fewer old obese people.
