Although I do believe there will be an impact in all industries (especially the creative industry), much of what these investors and C-Suites are doing is just a bluff to attract more capital and investment. They know that AI is not profitable yet, and they need massive investments to keep the wheel spinning. Sam Altman, for example, is preaching about the AI apocalypse since before GPT 2.0. AI is the newest capitalist hyped Ponzi scheme.

It really seems like a lot of people are treating capitalism as if it was a of a law of nature. They cannot imagine another way of having economic relations even as it becomes increasingly clear that the current system is visibly failing.
