I’ve got an iPhone for work. I need to use two factor to approve myself from my phone to access secure things from the same phone. Once I open the authenticator I can’t get back to the page I was at, and there’s no “open windows” square button like Android has, so how do I get back to it so I can enter the 2fa?
Any help is appreciated.
The gesture is the same as it is on android. Swipe up and pause briefly before letting go.
If you’re new to iOS use the tips app. It’s got plenty of well tips.
This is a setting on Android tho. You can also have a square or list button on Android and the position of that button can also be chosen, depending on version.

Thanks very much for the help.
I think this should do it: Swipe up a little ways slowly from the middle of the bottom of your screen, and it should open a series of pages so you can get back to where you were in the first app.
Thanks very much for the help, I appreciate it.
I think there is a way to get where I am touching the screen to show up, but I forget how. Hopefully this helps.
You may be thinking of iPadOS. You can use 5 fingers to “pinch” and that does the same.
But I don’t believe that exists on iPhone. It doesn’t work for me, but I’m on the smaller 15 Pro where 5 fingers can’t comfortably do this.
