RFK said that he defunded all research into idea that autism is genetically inherited and said that he believes that autism is caused by environmental factors.

The purpose of the ‘tylenol causes autism’ announcement was basically to defund all government research on Autism.

Also it’s not just a RFK thing. Trump is a long time antivaxxer himself. This is weird because Trump celebrated his ‘Operation Warp Speed’ vaccine, even though his base made up conspiracy theories that Trump’s vaccine would kill you. Trump said some things during the announcement the MMR vaccine being bad because it was 3 vaccines in 1 and that babies are being injected with too much liquid.

Something to consider about the right wing worldview is that they often believe in a thing called the ‘Just World’ fallacy. This way of thinking supposes that the world as it exists is perfectly fair: if good things happen to you then it is because you do the right stuff and if bad things happen to you it is because you did something to deserve it.

Right wingers are predisposed into believing that someone who have autism did something to deserve it.

Do insiders even get a bunch of money by shorting random bullshit? Like they’re really just making money on fucking Robinhood and whatever bank that mortals use? Seems like there’s more money to be made in gambling on health insurance CDOs or something. Insider options trading seems a bit pedestrian.

Force women to be in more pain than necessary while pregnant. Defund autism research. Blame individuals for a largely genetic condition. Label us as defective and float plans about sending us to labor camps (sorry, wellness centers or whatever). It’s pretty much a win win win for them

Capitalism prevents Autistic people from functioning as well as they could, in our society. Should it come to an end, an era where entire concepts of such as: Neurodivergence, Disability, Disorder and so on, will change with it.

Concepts like work, labor, hardships will be completely redefined. Conditions like Autism, ADHD, Being cis, trans, what your skin color is, what shape your nose is will be just viewed as someone being born with a different set of toolset.

If these “issues” are the result of an unhealthy society, they will gradually fade out, giving everyone the best possible opportunity to experience the most amount of peace they can in life. On the flipside, should you try to accelerate the process and try to liquidate people you view lesser as yourself, if you try to move them by force, you will inevitably create more despair and suffering, an incestuous autopoietic form of re-production.

All of us are forced to walk upon this world, if you don’t like what it made you into, what it has made others into, change the world or accept the way things are. There is no 3rd path, just infinite number of lies told to escape reality.

As a diagnosed, high-functioning autistic and ADHD person - although I would say barely-functioning is more accurate - I know I would still struggle in society even under an advanced stage of socialism.

This is why I don’t like when people say it is not a disability but merely a neurological difference, I know they mean well but it is a take that is detached from reality. I can acheive what people without my disabilities can but to get there is far harder for me, it’s like I have to walk through the mud while others naturally get given their own rally car.

Anyway, I know that with the right support offered and the necessary societal reforms made, I would struggle a lot less and could actually be in a role which utilises some of my more ‘unique gifts’ such as strong visual memory, heightened senses, fast problem-solving, calmness under chaos e.t.c. And this will never happen under a profit driven society, capitalism will adapt to autistics but not for the benefit of autists but to better utilise them/us as those ‘useful weirdos’ in the money making machine.

I think what I was trying to say and how I could better put as: Disability will be viewed as “Someone functioning differently” rather than “Someone unable to function.”

One accepts challenges and faces them, the other is dehumanizing people.

Every bit of life on this shared earth is able to do something valuable. To live is to struggle, struggle is not a negative word. We made it so, by separating life from work, why does a concept such as retirement exist? Does it mean that a disabled person living on welfare is is permanently retied? This causes class divisions and lays seeds for prejudice and haltered to be born. Of course they’re not permanently retired, they’ve been denied human dignity. The only correct path out of this mess is to give equal rights to everyone, but they should be adjusted to the most vulnerable members of our society. A world where people lift each other up on a win-win principle. Even something as being someone’s audience is work and artists need an audience, people benefit from each others presence, you reading this comment is work and I need someone to read this, otherwise why am I even writing it here? But people have become so alienated they make robots to work for them, a robot for writing the book, a bot for reading the book, buying the book, we’re gonna go extinct if this continues and the planet will just be inhabited by a self- replicating algorithm with the only purpose to accumulate.

People will say “but what about the people who will fake it to squeeze out the most benefits?!?!” Okay and what’s the problem? It’s clearly visible when someone is hoarding wealth, for the sake of hoarding wealth, take it back then.

But also just to make it clear I do think my adhd is also a disability and communism won’t change that. I just want to be viewed as a human being who can function in other ways.

Yeah well said man, and I wasn’t criticising you if it came across that way it was not intended, I was just sharing my perspective on top of what you said.

This has been my experience too to the point where if someone came up with a working medication to turn me neurotypical I’d take it in a heartbeat. That could be internalized ableism though, I dunno.
