Dozens of clowns have marched through the streets of Bolivia’s capital to protest against a government decree that limits extracurricular activities in schools, threatening their livelihoods.

Misleading headline… the new regulation has to do with how many days can be used for non-lesson material, not banning clowns.
however made the title was the clown all along
That’s sad for Bolivia. They need to be more like America.
America is hosting an entire circus of clowns in the white house!

We can’t allow Big Clown corporations taking over our schools.
