Those in power continue to steal as much money from the People as possible and create a lawless hellscape a la Biff Tannin?

Yeah, there’s really only World War 1 and 2 that Americans can reasonably *somewhat reasonably argue they were a morally good participant in; but even then, they only joined in at the tail end of each conflict. They were perfectly content just profiteering from the sidelines until they were attacked.

The US has absolutely never fought for this. The only difference now is that they’re stupider and more mask off about it while picking fights with countries that can fight back instead of defenseless ones

Definitely not world war 1 and even if giving it to them in ww2 the motives of the people deciding to join the war weren’t anywhere close to this.

Fully agree, especially when one of the “good” things the US did in WW2 was dropping nuclear bombs on two large cities of Japanese civilians

They also habitually firebombed cities. Let’s be honest, WWII was pretty light on unambiguously good guys. Of course some people did what they felt they had to and some people went for the high score…

What did they die for? Lots of them died for imperialism and colonialism, capitalism even.

How do you not live up to oil?
Is using reneawable energy sources a way to do that?
    If yes, that’s good.
