Far-right activist Tommy Robinson has claimed “Russia is not the enemy of Britain” after he travelled to Moscow and met with Elon Musk’s father, Errol.

Elon Musk has long been a supporter of Robinson, with both men calling for people to take to the streets in response to the knife attack in Belfast.

Robinson, real name Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, shared a list of places where protests were said to be taking place at 7pm on Tuesday following the Belfast attack, saying: “The whole of the United Kingdom is hitting the streets tonight at 7pm following yet another invader attack on our people.”

Have one replying to me right now saying that, unironically. They’re beyond saving, as delusional as Trump supporters at this point. No reasoning people out of positions they didn’t reason themselves into.

Russia loves Nazis, it’s why Nazis love Russia. If Ukraine had a Nazi problem, why do the Nazis not support it?

There is no ignoring the fact that on the grander geopolitical stage, Ukraine is on the side of Western imperialism, has a major nazi problem & supports Israel while Russia is allied with and supporting of many anti-imperialist nations and overall fights against the biggest enemy to our species - western capitalist domination, even if that does not come from some pure, ideal socialist position.

It’s a horrible conflict with neither side being ‘good’, ideally I would want for Ukrainans and Russians to live peacefully and in harmony with one another, like they mostly did under the USSR. Also, it is not like there was zero provocation against Russia before their invasion, I would recommend you do some looking into the events that lead up to the war.

      Yours sincerely, ‘Tankie’

What if Ukrainians don’t want to live under the boot of Moscow though?

Why under the ideal, imagined scenario I present does your brainwashed mind still have to have Russia as some big evil oppressive nation lmao

I think Russia is a pretty oppressive nation.

            • Here’s an article about a Russian who publicly opposed the invasion of Ukraine, leading to him getting a sentence of 25 years in prison.
            • Here’s an article about Alexei Navalny, an opposition politician, getting a Russian intelligence officer to admit that the FSB (Russian government agency) poisoned Navalny. Why is the Russian state poisoning opposition politicians?

Not Russia still ruled by the capitalist oligarchy.

              ideal, imagined scenario.

I also think Russia under their current ruling class and mode of production is an oppressive nation, but I was talking about an…

Fair enough. I agree with the point you said before about wanting an outcome where Ukrainians and Russians can live peacefully. But Russia’s invasion of Ukraine is of course preventing that at the moment. I hope Russia withdraws their invasion of Ukraine as soon as possible but I guess that’s not likely to happen soon.
