The only fights I’ve ever been in that weren’t sparring with friends were when I was a kid.

First one some kid decided to tackle me and we ended up just kind of rolling in the grass not unile the two that fell off the front. Just less coordinated since neither of us knew how to fight. We kept trying to pull wrestling moves but didn’t have enough strength to do it. I’m sure if I were to see two kids trying to fight like we were, I’d be trying not to laugh as I half-heartedly tell them to stop. No damage done to either of us except from the initial tackle we both had scraped arms. Never saw him after that.

Second time I was in highschool, had taken some self defense, got punched in the back of the head, turned around and told the kid to fuck off. When he (very cartoonishly) wound up for another punch, I backed up, he stepped forward, and I stepped in to grab his arm, used his momentum to throw him head first into the lockers and went to math class. I never got in trouble for it even though I know it happened in front of cameras and our school had a habit of punishing both the bully and the one they were bullying. Weirdly also never saw that kid after that day. I think he was moving and just decided to start a fight on his last day?

Maybe 3-4x a year I hear about a local bar that had to throw out some guys who were fighting.

Nowadays the only fights I see are between squirrels. Although a discord server I’m on recently had some drama where two members did the bird-arm t-pose at each other aggressively while yelling about how they were going to fight. Neither was drunk.
