Did the Spectrum and Amstrad have much of a presence in the US, or was the game made for the UK market?
I mean I can say that on MobyGames every listed review (keeping in mind this is user-generated content and could be biased) is from a UK magazine, that they only have the UK box art, and that the listed releases are all from the UK. I’d err on “UK-exclusive” given that circumstantial evidence.
