Take 'em all down. Don’t submit to this kinda surveillance without material benefits in return, like 55-year retirement age.
Fuckin’ robonarc.
We had three cars, full of kids, and we spent 4 hours waiting for them to search my car for weed. Meanwhile I had a full bottle of methadone prescribed in my name that I gave them, the whole time. Thankfully the kids slept through the whole thing, as they were tired out after swimming in the boiling river.
How did his lawyer not get this tossed? Isn’t it a clear case of no probable cause, therefor making all the evidence from the stop invalid? Courts have said that people traveling through high-drug areas within cities isn’t suspicious, are we really saying that an entire state is a high-drug state?! And did they even ID the guy as the driver since they were only tracking the car?
