Working 6/7 days a week sounds tough.
There’s a reason there’s the stereotype of the fit gay UPS guy (if you didn’t know this stereotype, now you do). Walking around all day and carrying heavy shit makes you FIT
But why does that make you gay?
The stereotype isn’t that all UPS guys are gay, it just came from a time when there weren’t a lot of legal protections in the US for gay employees and UPS had a good nondiscrimination policy for the time. So a lot of queer people ended up working for UPS for a while in, I want to say the 90s and 00s? Just basing this off personal memory. Same reason there’s the stereotype of the gay flight attendant, Delta was another company that had a good nondiscrimination policy back in the day.
Plus all that walking makes for great calves and ass.

My brother in-law became a postman and lost a bunch of weight. Guy walks like 5 miles a day.

My current pursuit is to become a receptionist and the local YMCA is always hiring. I never got a call back from them and I’ve been applying for years.
That might be one of the few positions where applying in person would be a good idea.
It seems like a lot of the staff at my local Y are volunteers, and the paid people probably let the volunteers know when there’s an opening.
cool. i will try that. i need to volunteer somewhere anyway. i feel lost not helping people in some way. my anxiety gets the best of me, but i am working on it.
